Great Service Ryan exercised a great deal of patience when dealing with my choice of vehicle. I could not decide what I wanted and wanted to test drive everything, Ryan exercised a great deal of patience when dealing with my choice of vehicle. I Found The Right Dealership! I had been doing research on different makes and models that interest me, and have overlooked most of the Hyundai lineup. It took me a month of not fi I had been doing research on different makes and models that interest me, and have overlooked most of the Hyundai lineup. It took me a month of not finding the right car until I finally headed over to the Atlantic Hyundai dealership. That is where I met Vic who helped me go through different models that I wasn't too familiar with. He had a very warm approach and did not seem annoyed by the plethora of questions and comments we had (which was something I had experienced at other dealerships). Today, you'll find me on the road with my new Elantra GT; a car I didn't know I loved until Vic from Atlantic Honda introduced it to me. Afterall, you've got to love what you drive and be able to rely on it to be a safe and enjoyable aspect of your life. More

Beware: Scam Artists My husband and I had seen a car on their website for an x amount and decided to go take a look at it. We were greeted and taken care of by Gary here. My husband and I had seen a car on their website for an x amount and decided to go take a look at it. We were greeted and taken care of by Gary here. This fellow had us for more than 4 hours negotiation back and forth until we all agreed on a good price point. Hands were shaken, credit scores were verified, papers were signed, id's were copied, payments were made...mind you, all of it was done based on the amount we had set on. Up comes this rude and pathetic excuse of a gentleman from Financing (he's lucky I didn't get his name) and he sits down with us with a ridiculously higher amount! When we did the math, we'd be paying almost double the cost of the USED car. So, right then and there I began to demand my a refund for the down payment they so eagerly had taken from us. He went full Jekyll and Hyde on us! I just kept repeating that I demand my refund. He got up very hostile and rudely took us to the front lobby. Gary then kept on saying how the banks did not accept the offer he had initially offered us....WHO IN THE HECK COMPLETES A SALE WITH AN INCACCURATE NUMBER!!?? How dare you have us sign on a number that is still being negotiated with the bank?! So...I got my refund, went home...few days later...we revised our Credit Scores and we have 4 points lower in our scores because they went ahead with the loan of the higher amount and after we decided to refund, they cancelled the loan, thus screwing up our scores. I am on the borderline of suing this company. We are relatively young and look even YOUNGER. If you thought you could fool us for they way we look...you're a bigger fool. More
