Never again We were happy with the deal we received from our Salesman. He worked hard to get us a good deal and get us out in a timely manner. We were satisfied with everything until we met the pompous, arrogant finance rep with his know it all attitude, Robert Coley. When we questioned some of the figures not adding up, he acted like we should know why and treated us like we were idiots. His explanation made zero sense and when I kept getting upset over it his reply was, "if you're not happy maybe you shouldn't buy a car here." After working with our salesman he was trying to talk us out of the deal. Aren't they on the same team? He kept saying he was doing us a favor staying late on a Sunday.... uhh isn't that his job? He is unprofessional, unknowledgeable and ruined our entire experience. I would never do business with Atlantic Hyundai again and plan to tell everyone I know to do the same. Buying a car should be an enjoyable day, we left miserable because of Robert Coley. More

Horrible customer service and sales tactics We have been a long time customer of Atlantic Hyundai having leased 2 consecutive 3 year leases on the Hyundai Tuscon. We were very well on our way t We have been a long time customer of Atlantic Hyundai having leased 2 consecutive 3 year leases on the Hyundai Tuscon. We were very well on our way to lease a 3rd from Atlantic. We met Ronald Brook, agreed on a deal and he told us that he would find the car we were looking for we just had to leave a $500 deposit. He took forever to call us. First we waited 5 days and nothing from him. I had to call him and he told me that he would have an answer in 45 minutes. 3 hours later I had to call him AGAIN. He said oh just give me another 45 minutes. 3 days later he called us back saying there were NO 2016 Hyundai Tuscons available in the tri state area and we should come in to talk about a deal on the 2017s. So I didn't believe this one bit and went to another dealership. Within 10 minutes they found us the vehicle we wanted and at a great deal. So Bye Bye Atlantic you will never have any business from me or my family again. More

Nice Car, Great Salesperson, still somewhat disappointing leasing experience The Good Ron the Salesperson was wonderful and very helpful I would recommend him every time Allison In insurance was also wonderful I would recommen The Good Ron the Salesperson was wonderful and very helpful I would recommend him every time Allison In insurance was also wonderful I would recommend her every time The Bad: Original Ad listed a lease offer of $124 per month after putting down the initial deposit I was told that lease offer only applied to veterans and it was actually $138 for everyone else. Afterwards I reviewed the original online ad and this veteran’s requirement was nowhere to be found. My trade in amounted to $1 which I found somewhere in the paperwork after the fact. That’s simply insulting, yes the trade-in car had an issue (check engine light), but if I was informed of it’s lack of value I would have readily donated it to charity rather than trade it in where the dealership will no doubt make some sort of profit off of it. Finally these experience’s made the leasing process very disappointing and while I would recommend your staff members Ron & Allison I would not recommend Atlantic Hyundai for the reasons above. More

Your service team member, Rich Maggio, has helped me a few times now when I bring my car in and I must say he is awesome. He goes above and beyond to try and make the Hyundai experience that much better. He's an excellent service/salesperson and just a good person from what I can tell just by all his help when I bring my car in. So in the end, I'd like to say thank you for all your hard work.
