Not too good at all I was a sales rep for many years and my experiences with this dealership was bad. Why at the beginning of the sale was good, we was not 100% that want I was a sales rep for many years and my experiences with this dealership was bad. Why at the beginning of the sale was good, we was not 100% that want to purchase the car, and the sales rep was pushing the sale, fine my fiance and my say OK we will purchase the car, we did not have at the moment 5000 to put down, so we put 1000, we was waiting for a check to be place on our bank account, and it took longer that we was expecting, the sales rep keep calling us about the money, finally my fiance took a personal check to the sales rep and he treat her like he she going to scam the company like come back with cash. That was bad, finally we could came out with the 5000, because a emergency happen, and yesterday finally they make me sign another contract. This morning I received a text message from the sales rep saying I have to bring the first payment to the dealer and then i will received the statement on my address. This is not my first car i purchased and i never have to take money to no dealer before after the sale and contract is sign. I know i have to be dealing with the financial company after i sign a contract. Ps. the car is all scratch and i told the sales rep about it and first he told me bring it one of this day to have that fix, yesterday he told me, that i have to drop it off and he take like a week to got it fix, and only give me one key not two like suppose to. More
