I was taken advantage of and treated by finance as a burden. People like Al should be applauded for their wonderful treatment and concern for his clients. After meeting with finance I asked if Randy needed to see me, and was told he was in a meeting. I still have nothing in hand regarding the breakdown of my purchase. Awesome job! Had work completed on 2 recent recalls and an OLF maintenance done. Dropped car off at 10am. Sue Marmol called at 3pm informing me that car would not Had work completed on 2 recent recalls and an OLF maintenance done. Dropped car off at 10am. Sue Marmol called at 3pm informing me that car would not be ready that day. I had no problems leaving car overnight but I informed her that I needed my car back no later than 9am the next day as I had a prior appointment I couldn't miss. I was told this would not be a problem and that I would be called no later than 8am with an update. I was fine with this and went on with my day. I received a call about 4:30pm (later the same afternoon) from Sue that my car was complete! Awesome job guys! More
