I am a repeat customer, but my experience with the service dept has made me take my cars some where else for service. one example was my car (under warranty) had a transmission problem the service dept had my car for 20 days and I was unable to get a loaner for the first week and had to rent a car. I was greeted promptly by Mr. J.Cottone who was by my side, extremely helpful & courteous the entire time. I immediately test drove a car, discussed my options & before I knew it I was getting insurance with Sammatha ( who was also a doll to work with) & having my plates & registration all done before I pulled out. No Response Communication after sale I purchased a certified preowned Sonata. The next day I noticed some scratches, so decided to take it to car detailer and see what they could offer. T I purchased a certified preowned Sonata. The next day I noticed some scratches, so decided to take it to car detailer and see what they could offer. They stated that some of the scratches were too deep and would need body work. Even so I was still overall happy with my purchase. Dan followed up with me the day after via email. At this point I express my concerns and asked him if their was anything the dealership could do. I also followed up with the Blue Link technology that needed to be cleared from previous owner. No response after day 1, another 2 follow up emails with no responses over next 2 days. So now I called the dealership, they told me to come in so they could check it out. I drove their within 30 mins. They told me to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly. Half hour later no one came to see me or say anything. I left pretty upset. I feel once they make the sale they just don't care anymore. Even it their was nothing they could do at least be man enough to say something instead of avoiding it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE! Also make sure you check you car top to bottom before any purchase. More
Dissatisfied... "I returned to the dealer with a 2016 //4 mth old sonata feeling unsafe due to brake issues and repairs. I did not feel safe in my new vehicle . over "I returned to the dealer with a 2016 //4 mth old sonata feeling unsafe due to brake issues and repairs. I did not feel safe in my new vehicle . over 6 hours later I left the dealership with a lease vs original purchase vehicle but with a very high lease down pymt "" rolled over"" from my original purchased car down payment. I was uninformed to the fact that lease down payments are far less than purchase down payments . Then only to find there was a lease deal with far less money down but was never offered to me. Details were not clear an better options not offered to me during this process. More
