Yes, It can be a good experience. The people there are excellent, friendly, and above all patient. It can be a good experience if you stay on your toes and insist on getting clear answers to your questions. The recent purchase took longer than I wanted to finalize the paperwork which was nobodies fault. The car had just been received at the dealer that day and the usual process was never completed before I had picked it off the lot to make the purchase. But in the end they went out of their way to accommodate me and make sure everything was done right. That is Customer Service! That was a few weeks ago and everything has been fine. However, I have to say when I met with Hudson Leogrande he was extremely helpful and willing to work with me and my cousin to accommodate us and explain every detail and stayed with us for several hours answering all of our questions. He was very friendly and we felt very comfortable and by the end of the night we both walked out with new cars. Thank you for continuing to be a great dealership and thank you Hudson for being so thorough and patient with us. I will definitely be recommending my family and friends to lease with you. More
