first time buying Hyundai I really liked Alex and Chris P. who were selling the car to us. This car was intended for my 20 year old son.I was pleasantly surprised how Alex Fer I really liked Alex and Chris P. who were selling the car to us. This car was intended for my 20 year old son.I was pleasantly surprised how Alex Fermin handle this. He was very determined that we will have a good experience. I even started to consider to buy a next car here. But after a week I received a call from the Finance department telling me that it was some 'cut off' in the document and asking me and my husband to come back to dealership to sign the corrected document. So I came and the lady from the Finance department brought the document and asked me to sign, I asked her what was this all about and she explained that the bank rejected an application because the car was sell as new, but the car is 2014 and this should be an used car. I told this lady that I bought the new car, and I am not going to sign the new contract, since I will be loosing the warranty and everything else what comes when you buying the new car. The main reason for me to purchase this car was that this is a new car and have a good warranty. It took this department more that 2 hours to come up with the decent contract, after 4 tries. Every time they were coming up with the new contract it was an error, they were trying to give me the extended warranties with $100 deductible, then $50 and so on and so for. I and my son were shocked at how unprofessional the people from this department were. We spoke with 3 people from this department. They keep saying they understand the issues, but every time they were bringing the new contract it was not what we agreed/expected. This was not the first time I was buying a new car, (first time for the Hyundai), and I've never experience anything like that. More

From the initial greeting to final pickup, John makes sure that I am treated properly as a customer. Even though I had two repairs that needed to be done, John made sure the repairs were completed correctly and returned my car to me sooner than promised. Great job! Tim Turnbull was personally greeting people as the doors open for service that morning and also answered my question about Atlantic's complimentary car wash service (for my other car, a Nissan) with a free coupon! These are two people who provide the type of service that has given me the confidence to buy four Hyundais and a Nissan from Atlantic Automall. Great job! More
