It started with Andrew, whose caring and compassionate personality made me feel at ease and brought me into the office. That’s where I met George the manager who (on his very first day) helped turn the en personality made me feel at ease and brought me into the office. Will never buy here again. They added $1900 to the asking price, said it was a refurbishing fee but lied about replacing the tires which are from 2021. They lied by telling me They added $1900 to the asking price, said it was a refurbishing fee but lied about replacing the tires which are from 2021. They lied by telling me there were 2 keys when they only had 1. Car was never washed before delivery even though they told me all day they were cleaning it. Also delivered the car with no gas. First time I ever bought a car where the dealership didn’t fill the gas tank. Very unprofessional. Overall feeling about the purchase was I feel I was ripped off. Not a good feeling. I’ll never shop at this dealership again. More
