John the sales rep was nice while in branch, however when it came time to pick up the car the finance process was a nightmare. I sent my info over early in the day so that all the paperwork would be complete it came time to pick up the car the finance process was a nightmare. I sent my info over early in the day so that all the paperwork would be complete when arrived on my way to my cousins wake. However I ended up spending an hour, and waiting for the finance guy to come back from lunch. Once he did he delayed the process so long that I didn’t even realize I didn’t get a full breakdown of my purchase and only recently finally got my account info at the bottom tier lender chosen for me to give the dealer the biggest kickback. Somehow my loan amount is more than the price agreed upon for the car and yet I put down 20k. I have now waited over a week since requesting the breakdown of what the finance guy did to completely screw me and have yet to receive that breakdown. Before the horrible customer service that night I would have given a pass as the salesmen was ok but now that I have gotten 0 response to what should be a simple request I would rate this dealer overall as worst of the worst. More

So I was bored Sunday morning and took a trip To Atlantic Kia. I had no intensions of buying a new KIA. On the showroom floor was the new Sorento x-line 2.5 AWD Sales consultant Erin Cabaci just happened to Kia. I had no intensions of buying a new KIA. On the showroom floor was the new Sorento x-line 2.5 AWD Sales consultant Erin Cabaci just happened to have his desk right next to the Sorento and asked if he could help me. So I said can you give some information on the Sorento. We discussed all of the features and then I asked him about me trading my 2022 Telluride. While it was getting appraised we took a test drive in the Sorento. I loved it! We did the negotiating back and forth for a while and then his sales Manager Sean Sierra came and sat with us and we all agreed on a very nice trade in and new lease on the Sorento. I must add that there was a stale mate at one time during the negotiating up until the GM Vincent Ortolani said the roof rack cross bars were included in the agreed upon price. Then it was off to the Finance guy Alex, sighed the contract, got the insurance card and Temp registration sticker and I was on my way home with my in my new Sorento. This was my 3rd Visit to Atlantic and again I was treated to a wonderful car buying experience. Thanks again to a Respectful, friendly and very knowledgeable Sales team! I have had many experiences with KIA Atlantic, as always one is better then the last. This was true time around as well. We got to the showroom with out and appointment and Eren took us right on.
