Aside from everyone being nice people, there’s a big lack of communication between departments. My sales person told me one thing, the sales manager told me another thing, and nothing was relayed to the fina of communication between departments. My sales person told me one thing, the sales manager told me another thing, and nothing was relayed to the finance manager. Took me 3 trips and a lot of wasted time until I ultimately got the vehicle I wanted. Then when I finally got the vehicle, there was miscommunication with the down payment and I’m still waiting for a refund. I’ve called the store on numerous occasions and have been getting the run around. I was getting called nonstop when they wanted the sale and now I can’t get a hold of anyone! My advice is shop the various other Kia Dealerships in the area before buying from Atlantic Kia. More

I love my new KIA and everyone is very nice but I had this truck for 1.5 years and I have been back to the service department 8 times. 3 Times was because my Carplay refuses to work, then i had to take i this truck for 1.5 years and I have been back to the service department 8 times. 3 Times was because my Carplay refuses to work, then i had to take it back another few times for maintenance issues. One time they didn't have the part and i had to wait 6 weeks and just last week my check engine light came on. I've had Nissan for 8 years and never had an issue and this KIA had 3 recalls and 3 other random issues. Not too happy and I'm thinking about leaving KIA. More
