Everyone in the service department was very pleasant, from the technicians to the front desk personnel. Keven was very helpful in particular. I was having minor maintenance work done on my car when they from the technicians to the front desk personnel. Keven was very helpful in particular. I was having minor maintenance work done on my car when they found a recall issue that needed to be addressed. This was going to take significantly longer than expected and I had an appoinment later that morning. Well, I was immediately offered a loan-a -car to run my errands and told not to worry, just bring it back the next day. I explained that I was in a graduate program and had class directly after work and would not be out until after the dealership was closed. Without hesitation he just said no problem, just bring it back the day after. I just found the accommodating nature of him as well as everyone else there was exemplary. Enough so that I decided to take the time and write this. More
