Brought my car in for oil change. There was also a recall on my car. They didn’t have the part so I had to come back and get a courtesy vehicle. They gave me an electric car. I didn’t mind because I always wanted to try an electric vehicle. I enjoyed it until I had to charge it which is inconvenient. It actually cost more than gas. My car was at the dealership for a little over three weeks I later found out the registration on my courtesy vehicle was expired. When I went to pick my car up finally after three weeks, I was expecting it to at least be washed and vacuumed on the inside, but it wasn’t just a very disappointing three weeks. More

Kia was prompt with scheduling my appointment. They were able to accommodate me for the same day or first thing the next morning. They texted me early to let me know my car was being worked on. In addition, they let me know two filters needed to be changed as they were old/dirty. Normally I would say this is the dealership trying to add on services while going in for an oil change, but this was not the case. I have owned the car for a year and a half and know neither filter has ever been changed. My car was done in under 2 hours. When I picked it up, my car was waiting in the front, and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Exceptional service and will continue to be my first option whenever I need anything done on my car, whether simple like an oil change or something much larger. A+ Service More
