Didn't resolve the problem. No communication between customers and employees. I came it to get it check out, come back 6 hours later for them to tell me, they dont have the part No communication between customers and employees. I came it to get it check out, come back 6 hours later for them to tell me, they dont have the parts. When i came back the person supposed to took in my car wasn't there so I have to wait. I sat their for 30 mins and came to the desk and saw her sitting their. Why are they not telling me that they are back and I can be done? More

My car battery died and the dealership had my car for about 3 weeks. Before I took it to the dealership, I had to have my car jumped several times. When I took the car to the dealership, and they told me about 3 weeks. Before I took it to the dealership, I had to have my car jumped several times. When I took the car to the dealership, and they told me that I would need to wait about a week for my new battery to be delivered, they did not offer a rental/loaner. They suggested at first that I can take the car and just jump it Everytime I needed to drive it. I had to ask several times for one and they finally loaned me a car. I had the car for about 3 weeks instead of the week of estimated time. Dealership called me to pick up my car because they got a temporary battery from another dealership. My battery is still on back-order. Will most likely need to follow-up with them about battery because they may forget to call me. More
