Came in to purchase a car, the salesman was really nice. Unfortunately, after you get through sales, the finance department is a mess, and extremely deceitful. Similar to the manager who confirmed for me th Unfortunately, after you get through sales, the finance department is a mess, and extremely deceitful. Similar to the manager who confirmed for me the service recall on my car had been done, but it was never done. Had to come back again to get that taken care of even though they assured me, “of course, we already took care of it.” Beware of the funny numbers coming out of finance department. They changed the agreed upon price of car, told me they ran one of our credits, but actually did the other persons. And the car was in the wrong name. When I tried to rectify this, they assured me it would be correct on the first bill they see it in their system the right way. Funny enough get first bill the next day, and it’s in the wrong name. Just having had this conversation yesterday, the response I got was “oh that person shouldn’t have told you that, they don’t know.” So who is that I’m supposed to trust at your dealership? I have only ever written positive reviews, first negative one I have had to write. Unfortunately they were so deceitful, not transparent, and unwilling to fix the errors they acknowledged they made. Very disappointed, but elsewhere. More
