I visited this dealership and decided to lease a Telluride 2025. I was working with Alex in sales. I was going on vacation that week so when I returned I gave Alex a deposit to reserve the particula Telluride 2025. I was working with Alex in sales. I was going on vacation that week so when I returned I gave Alex a deposit to reserve the particular vehicle vin # and all. I told Alex I would pick up the vehicle on a particular day and he told me that another sales person sold the vehicle I put a deposit on and I said how is that possible. He said it was a mix up but they would upgrade me to the EX model from the S model so I was ok with it. I got it in writing that my monthly payment would be $500. Then when I went there to close the deal they told me after including other charges like a $1,500 destination fee etc the monthly payment would be $647 which I coild not afford. It was the old bait and switch I guess. Then they tried to get me to put more of a deposit down and also get rid of the destination charge no frigging way I told them I do not trust them and the only reason for the issue is they sold the $43K vehicle and were trying to sell me the $47K model. That is why the monthly payment jumped like that! Do not but anything from this dealership, they are white collar criminals! I did not get the car. More

I leased a Telluride from Atlantic Kia about a year ago and I was working with a sales rep named Alex. The process was pretty easy, but he and the manager and Alex were adamant that I pick up the vehicle t and I was working with a sales rep named Alex. The process was pretty easy, but he and the manager and Alex were adamant that I pick up the vehicle the following day. I picked up the vehicle on the day asked only to find out the Telluride went on a major sales special the following day which would have lowered my payment considerably. Also, the app with the remote start was important to me since I have a long walk to my car in the winter from my complex. I was never told the app will work for one year and now they want $20 a month for the balance of the lease. Will be going to different dealer in the future if I even lease another Kia. More
