It was definitely a different experience this time. My past visits were friendlier and more professional. I was greeted by a person who was mumbling and xxxxxxx a lollipop. The car was serviced in the timeframe given. When my car was ready, I was o. A business call and the girl handling my car was a bit impatient and interrupted me twice. I was given the total charges and went to lay and the bill was over $40.00 more. When I questioned it your 3 employees seemed to be a bit sarcastic with each other. It made for a very uncomfortable situation. It billing was corrected and I was escorted to my car and shown when my next appointment will approximately be. More
