Although Mike was nice to work with, there was a snafu when discussing my trade-in. I asked him how much and he said $16,000 (Carvana said $18,600). I said that's low. He said my car had something over 1 when discussing my trade-in. I asked him how much and he said $16,000 (Carvana said $18,600). I said that's low. He said my car had something over 100,000 miles (he mentioned a specific number but I have forgotten it). I told him my car had 56,000 miles. He walked off and a woman approached and asked me to sit down at her desk. She asked to see my other offer (which gave me $18,000 for my trade-off). She walked off and came back and said my first offer was very good and that she couldn't match it. This review asks me to rate the transaction process. We really didn't get that far. More
