From the minute I sat down with Mike Prach, I felt comfortable and respected as a potential buyer and as an educated consumer. Mike was extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and informative. He showed real concern of my needs and never once attempted to push me into a purchase that I may have not wanted. I wanted to purchase a vehicle from Mike just because of his way of working with a customer. Fortunately, the vehicle that I was interested in was the right fit for me and we completed the deal in a pleasant manner, in fact I enjoyed the whole transaction. I would also like to commend Jack Sharkey, the finance guru for making everything go smoothly and problem free. I enjoyed talking with Jack very much while he did what he obviously does best. I have personally dealt with Mike Abdi for nineteen years. He is not only an amazing sales person, as he is knowledgeable, but he is a truly amazing individual. Mike is very helpful and very easy to do business with. No pressure sales and his honesty goes along way with me. He is the only sales person I want to do business with when I go to Atlantic. It is great to see the same faces every time I go in. Most dealerships have a lot of sales turnover, not Atlantic. Great sales staff. I have had the pleasure to work with William Biggio, along with getting to know him over the years. He is great to do business with and always treats us fairly. I enjoy working with William and doing business with him. Jack Sharkey is a great individual to work with. Always enjoy catching up with Jack, as he goes back a long way with my family. The only person that I do not care for is Jorge Hernandez. That guy really got under my skin today. I live out of state and know how financing works. He proceeded to tell me that I cannot put a temporary plate on a financed vehicle. I get what he is saying, but he does not need to worry about that. Since it is Sunday, I needed the temporary plate to get me home until the next day, when I will be addressing this with my city clerk. Jorge was a little argumentative with me, which I was not going to take. I instructed him to see Mike, as I told him that I have purchased many vehicles from Atlantic and that I have been in the automotive field for many years. I know how it works. Jorge, next time we meet, which I hope we do not, just process my paperwork and don't worry about the plates I put on it. NOT YOUR CONCERN and mind your business. Otherwise, Atlantic Toyota is a great dealership and I will continue to do business with them going forward. I recommend this dealership to anyone. Great place and fabulous people!!! More

I showed interest online and Matt Corbett got back to me immediately and from there I was in full blown communication with Sales/ Leasing and that’s when I met George Stefo I got re approved with my bank and into a brand new car if you want things done quickly accurately and on time this place is for you!!!!!
