I wanted to take a couple of minutes to express the excellent job done by Manny Terrero, during the sales process and presentation of the Toyota Sienna and Atlantic Toyota in general. My experience in the sales process began about a week earlier when my son and I visited Atlantic Toyota to look over your Sienna inventory. After walking through the lot, Manny came over to us and asked if we had any questions and what we were looking to do today. He was not "pushy" but in fact, very professional and courteous in dealing with us. After providing us with his business card and personal cell phone (a plus!), we left and mulled over with my wife for the duration of the week what we wanted to do and where to go for our Sienna purchase. Although we discussed going to Ira and Woburn, we felt that Atlantic was the best option at the time, due to the competitive price quote we received via e-mail and due to Manny's professionalism. On Monday, Feb. 21st, my wife and brother-in-law came with me to Atlantic and we met with Manny to discuss purchasing the Sienna. Manny again was very personable and professional with us and worked with us to get the best possible deal. We were happy to leave Atlantic Toyota with our signature on a deal for a 2011 Toyota Sienna. The great experience, though, did not stop during the negotiation. Manny also took time to walk me through all the features of the van the next day when I came back to pick it up. As someone who has been working in the customer service field for almost 20 years, I would say that this is exceptional customer service. We are looking forward to working with Manny Terrero and Atlantic Toyota again in the future for our car purchasing and servicing needs. Thanks again! More

I went into Atlantic Toyota on 11/2 to look at a used 2009 Toyota Prius I had seen listed on their website. I was immediately greeted and taken care of upon entering the dealership. Amish answered all of questions and took the time to really show me around the car and it's many features. The price was great, and the car was in excellent condition, I was so excited to make the purchase. All the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently and I was amazed at how helpful both Amish and Jack were. They made my life so much easier, by taking care everything- of the insurance, registration, inspection sticker, etc. I couldn't believe I was driving my new car off the lot less than two days after I came in for a test drive. The entire staff seemed truly excited for me about my new car. The enthusiasm and dedication of Atlantic Toyota was unmatched by any of the other dealerships I had visited. They seem to truly care about getting you in the right car. I am so happy about my new purchase, and so glad I purchased through a trustworthy dealership. More

Found my vehicle online at cars.com. Ken faced some challenges making arrangements for shipping to Louisiana, but after jumping through a few hoops he made it happen. Before purchase he did a walk-around the car while on the phone with me and let me know - in detail - every flaw and blemish (which were minor) so there would be no surprises. A little confusion on overnighting paperwork (title was not completely filled out to register vehicle) but was not a problem. The car had to be insured and registered prior to the dealer releasing it - again not a problem. If you buy a car long-distance, practice a lot of patience. The VSC & engine service light came on only a few days after I received the vehicle. 3 trips to the local Toyota Service center and the problem still is not solved. I paid $995 for the bumper-to-bumper extended warranty, so I'll just keep bringing it in until they figure out what it is. I am just a little suspicious that the diagnostic computer might have been reset prior to shipping the vehicle, but have no grounds to base that on. I would buy from Atlantic Toyota again. More

I remember we were looking for someone who speaks Spanish for us to be easier and remember when the secretary call a Spanish speaker and the man who just minutes ago was funny with my daughter came in, saying "hola" with a smile in his face and ready to deal with us. Am so happy with my new car, Ron gave us all the information we need it, step by step, without leaving any detail out!. I went to Atlantic Toyota because my girlfriend had gone there and had a great experience. I told Chris about my problems in the past with trying to get financed for a car and he said "Lets see what we can there and had a great experience.
