He was understanding to all my needs and was very efficient with the rest of the staff at the dealership ensuring my vehicle was cleaned and ready for me at our agreed time. This was our second experience with Shane Dennis. We brought our son in a few months ago and he purchased a used vehicle with Shane. Overall our routine service has been handled efficiently and in a friendly and comfortable manner and we have built a trust with the service department at Atlantic. Bonnie has become a familiar face to us and we enjoy our occasional Saturday visits for oil changes and routine maintenance.
