She was extremely happy friendly person with a great smile. We were asked how she can help and proceeded to escort us to the show room. She asked what we would like to see and we were shown the Tacoma, she continued to answer our questions without hesitation. She asked if would like to test drive the car and proceeded to take us on a test drive at which point she highlighted the cars features and thoroughly explained them without being pushy. I felt very comfortable with her, we had no intentions on purchasing a car that day but she made it so easy. She worked with us on the best deal we could work out and finally drove away with my new car very happy.
