We were met by salesman named Ahmed Edwards who worked with us. He worked with us. He was patient, cordial and a pleasure to work with. His personality is wonderful. I would not hesitate in the future to go to Atlantic and seek out Mr. Edwards. The manager first name Hank is also a good man. We had some minorp roblems in the paper work, but Hank sat with us and took care to see every problem we brought us was taken care of. I would definitly use Atlantic Toyota in the future of our next lease or purchase. More

I feel he always gets the the car I am looking for and I never ever leave Atlantic Toyota without a big smile on my face. IF I had to rate my experience from 1 to 10 Will and Atlantic Toyota would get a 10. Also when it came time to complete all the paper work I had the pleasure to have Jessica Gipson, who made me feel that the whole process was painless. She was excellent. When I can go to a dealership after.many years and the same people are still working there I think what a great company that they not only have the best team of employees but treats them well so they want to stay. Terrible Customer Service -Nasty person My wife and I went to Atlantic Toyota today and needed assistance from a manager. We asked the front desk receptionist to call for someone and after My wife and I went to Atlantic Toyota today and needed assistance from a manager. We asked the front desk receptionist to call for someone and after a few minutes no one responded. After I noticed multiple men just sitting around conversing amongst themselves (blatantly ignoring us), I went over and introduced myself and my issue. RIGHT AWAY - Chris was hostile, vulgar and rude. He had the attitude as if I was a bother to him and offered no assistance. After claiming I needed to speak to his manager because "there was nothing he could do" we were left feeling frustrated. He then started to yell at my wife which prompted argument from me and we stormed out. In all my years, I have NEVER witnessed such poor customer service, and I have also never wrote a review, but I felt so compelled to tell the world what a loser this guy was. IF I could have given ZERO stars I would have. He should be ashamed of his actions. FYI - the reason I went in was because ATLANTIC TOYOTA totally ripped off a senior citizen with a terrible shady deal. They definitely lived up to their reputation. You can do your own research on YELP. I went in to make a wrong a right, but I guess that doesn't work in the world of Toyota Salesman. I hope they conduct themselves better when the world of legal action calls them. More

Hertlein I explain that I am a current as well as a Toyota 4 Runner lease customer for years and looking to make a deal. However after leaving my wife and I standing around for 20 min. while he engages in conversation with other sales specialist I realized it's Sunday and its 4:15 and he's blowing us off because quitting time is 5:00 pm. He the approaches us and explains their is a high demand on 4 runners and might not have the color I'm looking for. The left me waiting some more. I do want to thank Mr. Hertlein because of his unprofessionalizim he saved me about 37,000 that day. Mario More

My Salesman, Ahmed Edwards Ahmed is the friendliest person I think I've ever met. He went out of his way to get me the best deal possible on my new leased Toyota 4Runner. Back and forth he went to the general manager, crunching numbers until he got me the lowest monthly payment possible. Let me just say, there isn't anything Ahmed won't do to please his customer. Case in point, he even removed a NY State Parks decal from the window of my old vehicle & dismounted and remounted my bicycle rack himself. He sends me personal text messages to check on my new car experience. I found my lifetime car salesman and made a new friend. More
