The Sales manager Juan Lebron was without a doubt the nicest sales manager I have dealt with. He approved what I was looking for financially with no problem. The finance manager Jessica Gibson made me feel like family. She of course gave me all the paperwork to sign etc. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I made 3 more friends at Atlantic Toyota. After the 2 previous cars I know I can rely on the service department. They do what has to be done and promptly. The service shop and waiting area are very clean. I never had any problem with them. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!! I walked into the dealership this past Saturday December 26, 2015. My parents were surprising me with a new car for Christmas. The dealer that helped I walked into the dealership this past Saturday December 26, 2015. My parents were surprising me with a new car for Christmas. The dealer that helped us with the purchase was Herbert Sanchez. He was absolutely amazing! He made me feel important and didn't just dismiss my wants and needs for the car just because I wasn't paying but my parents were. The first thing he did was sit down with me and ask me what I wanted out of a car. When I told him my list he wasted no time showing me a few options that fit perfectly with what I wanted. He made the car shopping experience very easy and comfortable for me. We test drove two cars and as we were driving he would ask me how I felt and present to me very cool features within the cars. I finally chose the RAV4 Limited 2015. I even named her already: Naomi! Once the car was picked out Pablo Feliz dealt with the paper work and was very kind and helpful. When the paper work was all done, Herbert took an extra 30 minutes out of his time to explain and set up the car to my liking. I was extremely pleased and my family loves the way he treated us. He made us feel very important. You would be a fool to not walk into this dealership and as for Herbert Sanchez! He was born to do this! More
