Awesome Experience!!!!! Certified dishonest Saw a good price for CERTIFIED Camry on Atlantic Toyota's web page. On the phone the salesperson told that was price. Guess what happened when we got there after driving 25 miles? The advertised price for the CERTIFIED car did NOT include the cost of certification. The additional charge would be, $2500 which, after expressing my great annoyance, was reduced to w/less services, $1000. We walked away from the deal. Why do I get the feeling they were less then honest. I would prefer not to mention the salesman's name because I do not blame him for what I feel is the Company's dishonest policy, but he is a company representative. Salesperson was professional and courteous. More

They had an issue bringing the vehicle from another lot and when all was completed it took 4 hours start to finish. Our salesman Ben even delivered the vehicle to us after they had finished detailing it. Thanks Ben Manning for all your help!! More
Relentless high-pressure sales tactics I came to have my car serviced, not to buy a new car. I was happy with the car I had bought there and very happy with the service. On my last service I came to have my car serviced, not to buy a new car. I was happy with the car I had bought there and very happy with the service. On my last service visit I had decided to wait for the car, and there were some sales people posted in the service waiting room. I agreed to go for a test drive of a new Camry, but then I had to endure high-pressure sales tactics. They were trying to get me not even to buy the car that I might want, but to lease one of the cars they had on the lot. There was a special little room in the corner, and they tried very hard not to let me leave this room until I agreed to lease a car. Unfortunately, because my car was being serviced, I couldn't just walk out and drive away. After that I posted a review here which is under the "service" category (because I had originally come in for service). Since then I received many emails and phone calls from the dealer, most of which seemed oblivious to my bad experience. (I have nine voice mails from them saved on my phone right now.) I hoped that maybe if enough customers complained, they might decide to change their sales approach. Because I had been at least happy with the service people, I went back there once more for service. I elected to take their shuttle home rather than wait there, and during the short time I spent in the waiting area I successfully avoided the salesperson working the room. About an hour after I left, I got a call from the dealer, and I was concerned that they had found something wrong with my car. But no, it was a salesperson calling to say he had "noticed" my car there and remembered that I had been "interested". Someone should wake up and realize that these sales tactics are not effective (especially on people who are not there to buy a car at all). They may hook a few buyers, but they are also turning away long-time loyal customers such as myself. More

I had a 2002 Camry and I loved it, but it was time to get a new one. I shopped around, did some research, and I wound up sticking with another Toyota Camry. You can't beat them. They last for years, and I am one that keeps my cars for a long time. My salesperson Ahmed Edwards was patient and understanding with me. He did not pressure me and waited for me to make my own decision on what I wanted. He worked his schedule around to accommodate me with my work schedule. When it was time for the paper work, John Vicino went over all the information that I needed to know and had to sign. I am very happy with my 2016 Camry LE. I love it and I love having all the different options on it including Bluetooth! Thanks Ahmed and John and Atlantic Toyota! More

He was extremely friendly and helpful and didn't try to sell me anything. I've been to another Toyota dealer (where I bought the car) for service and they kept telling me I needed things I didn't need. The waiting room was very bright and airy, and provided coffee and bagels. I was out of there in 2 1/2 hours, which was approx. the time Mike told me. He is an asset to the Service Department at Toyota. Thanks, Mike! More
