Mike Jaworski is very knowledgable and explains everything you need to know regarding your service. If Mike is off or on vacation my next go to guy is Timothy Keehner. He has helped me many times in the past and is also knowledgable and very helpful. I decided to lease a 2015 RAV 4 from this dealership and dealt with many employees here. I would like to list those names here as courteous, friendly and professional. Jean Miele, Shaz Khan, Fawad Hosman, Ralph Rivera. I woukd also like to mention mechanics Armando and Jeremy who are A1 mechanics. Last but not least Evelyn who greets you with a smile when you bring your car into the service garage. I was hesitant to renew my lease with Atlantic Toyota after my first experience, which wasn't pleasant, with the Toyota Sales and Finance team when I I was hesitant to renew my lease with Atlantic Toyota after my first experience, which wasn't pleasant, with the Toyota Sales and Finance team when I entered into my lease almost three years ago. Fast forward to now, my original sales rep was no longer there but Lianne called and wanted to schedule an appointment to come since my lease was almost due. I wasn't going to go but decided to meet and was very happy that I did. Lianne was upfront, not "pushy", heard my concerns and worked with me on the price for my new lease. She was polite with her follow-up call, thanked me for keeping my appointment, etc. Ian in Finance worked with me and was very polite in my dealings with him, and explained in detail anything that I didn't fully understand. Both Lianne and Ian have great personalities and were wonderful to work with. The entire process was smooth and within 24 hours, I was in my new vehicle. The both of them were great to work with so I'm glad that I stayed with Toyota. More
