The exact opposite was true at Atlantic Toyota. My salesman - Carlton - was friendly, accomidating, and knowledgable. He made the entire process extremely easy, and helped me get the best price possible. Steve in the finance department was just as great as our salesman and helped me setup a great payment plan and warranty. I was only willing to buy the car the same day I went in if they had the right price and what I was looking for. They nailed both, and a few hours after I pulled onto the lot I drove back out in my new Rav 4. I'd recommend the dealership to anyone, and if you go in ask for Carlton. More

Went there with a trade looking to lease a RAV4, the salesman gave me a price based on THEIR ad that we agreed upon. Then comes the manager or whoever he was telling me that my salesman's numbers were off and is have to put down $2100... Mind you this from putting down Nada... I leave and then come the phone calls... I'm sorry, the GM will be in tomorrow...I can fix this yada yada... Tomorrow comes and they forget what they told me my trade was worth and the sales guy becomes belligerent when I asked for the out of pocket before I drive all the way back. And they can't explain why the additional fees are not mentioned in their ad! Needless to say I will never deal with them again. I went to an independent dealer and got a Honda CRV EX and they were HONEST upfront and gave me a fabulous car at a great price. It was 30 a month more than the RAV4, with way more options and they were HONEST. If my salesman at this horrendous dealership knew his job and the "manager" had not been an xxx and had some class, they'd have sold a car. Do yourself a favor and go to a dealership with seasoned, not 25 year old kids selling cars. More

But what made me come back here was the awesomeness of the salesman "Moose" I met. He was excellent. Completely respectful of my intent and needs and wishes upon my first trip in there (Which was for research purposes as I narrowed down my list). I had no intent to purchase the car on my first trip there, and he provided the same excellence and attention as if I were to buy. Other dealerships forgot I was even there when I said that up front. Not my man Moose! He treated me like a legit customer from Day 1. He even paid attention to the details of our conversation and remembered them later on. Most people only write reviews online when they either are really annoyed or really happy. I was really happy. Can't say enough good things about Moose. As for finance and insurance and all that stuff, they were efficient and professional and courteous, which is all I ask for. More

So of course, I went in too ask a few question since I had a year left on my purchase & had the pleassure of being helped by Ben Manning. All I can say is WOW, he was very professional & answered all of my questions with ease. I had no intention of turning in my car but I was offered such a Great deal on a new 2016 Toyota Corrolla that I could'nt pass up.
