Sales Men Great - Finance Department Sucked!!! I would like to thank Ricardo and Sandy for all the help they gave my husband and myself. they were great. Can not praise them enough. As for Jessica Gisbson in the Finance Department, she was horrible. She kept pushing the extended warranty at us that after the 60 months was up it would cost more than what we paid for the car and the monthly payment is more than the monthly payment for the car. We are not very happy with Jessica, she just would not except "no" for an answer. At one point my husband got up and walked out of her office. Someone should tell the Finance Department to refigure their packages. More
