Terrible I was very upset about my experience there. I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation and NYS inspection. I've been there twice before I was very upset about my experience there. I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation and NYS inspection. I've been there twice before and I have never been charged for this service because I have the Toyota Care Plan which is good for two years or 25k miles, which my car is below both of those cutoffs. The service dept then calls me and tells me I need a cabin air filter and it's $79.99 which is ridiculous for a $10 part that can be changed in 5 minutes, so of course I tell him no and he tells me everything else is going to cost $140. I told him I have the Toyota care plan and it is no charge. He then says my car is a Fleet vehicle so I don't qualify for the free service. I explained to him I received the service twice already and he said whoever gave it to me before made a mistake. I probably would have paid it but after he tried to rip me off for the cabin air filter I knew he was probably lying about that also. I called the Toyota corporate office and they said they had no idea what he was talking about when he said fleet vehicles were excluded and they said that information wouldn't come up anyways when they themselves looked it up on the computer. They called the service department to tell them and I then I get a call from Them saying there was a mistake in the computer and I would not be charged. I know exactly what went on, they tried to charge me for a free service and had i not called to investigate I would have been ripped off for $200. You can remove me from your system because I can guarantee I will never come back there. More
Buyer Beware It has been 4 weeks and I still have yet to receive my registration for my new car (the law is 5 business days) and I just found out that the dealer It has been 4 weeks and I still have yet to receive my registration for my new car (the law is 5 business days) and I just found out that the dealership lost the plates on my trade in and now the DMV is threatening me with suspension and fines. I couldn't even get a manager to return my calls. I was forced to go to the local police dept. to file a stolen plate report. I will never recommend or purchase another car from Atlantic Toyota. More
