My purchase experience I went to Atlantic Toyota earlier this week with intentions of purchasing a certified pre-owned Toyota truck. I was directed to Frank Wilson who gree I went to Atlantic Toyota earlier this week with intentions of purchasing a certified pre-owned Toyota truck. I was directed to Frank Wilson who greeted me with a handshake, friendly smile, and a non-pressure disposition. I let him know what I was looking for and he politely showed me what was in stock and then took me to a certified pre-owned Tacoma I was interested in. Frank then took me for a test drive and knowledgeably answered all of my inquiries about the vehicle. Frank made me feel like he had my best interests in mind as opposed to just making the sale and rushing on to the next customer, I appreciated that enormously considering past experiences at other dealerships. When it came time to talk dollars and cents, Frank brought me to meet Finance manager John Ferranola. Once again at Atlantic Toyota, John made me feel comfortable without the pressure or impatience ive felt elsewhere. John presented me with a few financing options and clearly explained everything I needed to make a well informed decision. Upon deciding to moe forward with the purchase, John explained everything I needed to know about the finance agreement I was getting into, as well as the warranty terms/conditions. At this point, John turned me back over to Frank who thoroughly went over the truck from top to bottom with me. My experience at Atlantic toyota was incredibly positive and I believe it was due to the personal treatment I received from Mr. Wilson and Mr. Ferranola. These gentlemen are professionals and I will recommend them by name to family and friends in the future. More
