My car was finished when Ralph said it would be, and he called me to let me know it would be waiting inside until I got there after I left work. I can't believe I have my own personal service consultant! Big time cheats and crooks They are basically cheats ... I went to turn over my lease and clearly asked for an inspection of my lease which they would take over ... inspite of h They are basically cheats ... I went to turn over my lease and clearly asked for an inspection of my lease which they would take over ... inspite of having some excess wear and tear, they agreed that they would take it without issues and no additional cost. So I took over a new lease based on this. They also missed making all my remaining old lease payments and I had to chase them for 3 weeks to get them to do that. Then, I got a $1000 bill for the excess wear and tear. Sure, its within legal rights to do it - but that's pure cheating and unethical ... I would have happily purchased my leased car had they told me that upfront. They never are bothered once they make a sale as well. This sort of dealership maybe expected from Queens and Staten Island/Jersey City but not from this place. There goes their chance of me buying a highlander from them .. Toyota Financial Services is in this game as well and they play if they are an innocent bystander and are not bothered about what the dealer does ... More
