He left nothing for me to ask and is a true professional and a great representative and addition to the Toyota organization. And if I ever do have an issue, I am confident that Joe would do everything in his power to remedy the situation to my total satisfaction. Atlantic Toyota, you are very fortunate to have Joe working there, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your dealership to my friends and relatives in the future. On another note, the only thing I can truly say I was disappointed with was the time it took to complete the paperwork necessary to take possession of my vehicle. ok I wrote a review what are these screened well;;;;;; ok like I said I wrote a review a few hours ago... like I was saying I had numerous calls to my house asking for me and that they had a Super Storm Sa ok like I said I wrote a review a few hours ago... like I was saying I had numerous calls to my house asking for me and that they had a Super Storm Sandy Victim promotion so that they could get used cars onto their empty used car lot... First Super Sandy Event I got zero promotion then due to circumstances I had to replace my 2011 RAV4... I am disabled due to work related injuries resulting with multiple surgeries and then after Super Storm Sandy I sustained another severe injury... I had told the Sales Manager when making an appointment I will not did with lengthy games and even the day of the appointment I thought I was meeting another Sales Manager I called for him to pull out my 2012 RAV4 lease so did and anyone else dealing with this Super Storm Victim Promotion for these past month so that numbers would be waiting no less the promotion I was called numerous was about this promotion and that it would be $0 down as well as my payments would be the same as my 2012 RAV4 and could be even less...I told the dealership both the manager on the phone as well as today on the phone confirming the appointment which I was called to confirm that I had back injury issues etc. I was told that the appraisal on my 2012 RAV4 would only take 5 minutes I was held hostage for 2 1/2 hours due to fact they were playing games not holding the promotional offer I was called numerous times ago and was assured it was not a scam but nope 2 1/2 hours of bull crap and lies... even the buyout numbers they were giving me and saying it was the bank numbers was over $4,000 then my listed residual cost price buyout on my RAV4 2012 lease contract... What they think I am stupid no less they said I put blank amount down on my 2012 which was incorrect I had my contract with me but even that the promotional calls stated that $0 down and the same monthly payments.. I am tired of companies calling me with lies no less treating their customers like they are stupid... I didn't even call my past salesperson cause she had called me months ago and I am sure she realize and knew the new promotions were coming out no less she had called to tell me months ago my lease was soon up and she'd help me get a great deal to move into a new vehicle I never received a call back... I am so tired the games... I don't think the owner of the Dealership would approve this customer service NO LESS the Japanese manufactures.... this is not what tHe Japanese does to their customers their customers are like family... Well this American Dealership is not upholding the Japanese traditions and Customer Service... let me see if this post is actually acknowledged.. like I said before right now I will not post the sales that I dealt with but the Sales Manager Michael...Michael you said you could meet me the next day you were teaching or something with classes well you could have had things together and honored the promotion no less meet up with me the day you would be in... Don't have promotions of lies no less a Victim of Super Storm Sandy being more destroyed by locals after losing everything... I think I lost enough now your dealership has made me lose trust with a company I thought the Japanese valued but then again your dealership is in America...
