Upon contacting the dealership I was given a contact name (Lianne) who was more than courteous and helpful upon arriving at the dealership. She set me up and introduced me to my Sales Consultant (Erik Williams). Eric sat down and listened to all my needs and requirements as well as making positive suggestions. He set me up with a test ride. He went over every option on the vehicle. What expressed me the most was he knew how every option worked and he demonstrated them all. He show me features I did not even know they had. After test driving we sat down and discussed pricing. I Did not feel ANY PRESSURE at all while negotiating/finalizing this deal which made my purchase an enjoyable one, not like other dealerships. There was no hidden fee's . Reggie was our sales rep that was showed us vehicle and I can not tell you how comfortable I felt looking over the car. Reggie allowed my boyfriend and I the opportunity to view the vehicle without talking over us, giving us excuses, or just being "the cheesy car salesman" that we all can't stand.
