Mrs.cruz I went to purchase a used vehicle and when I got the car it had a really bad smell from a water leak that it has from the ac I was shock that they eve I went to purchase a used vehicle and when I got the car it had a really bad smell from a water leak that it has from the ac I was shock that they even let me walk out of the dealer with the car smelling like that I believe that even though it's a uses car they should sell it in good conditions at least I paid a lot of money for it it's not like I paid 5000 dollars it's a shame because this was the 2nd time I purchased from them the first time was a great experience this one was not!!!!!!!! From the time we walked in the door we experienced excellent customer service. Our sales person Lianne Dunne was extremely informative and worked with us explaining every detail of the car we were interested in and worked with us to set up a lease agreement that we could afford. She is an asset to the team there and we would buy another car from her in the future. In addition, John Ferronola made us very comfortable while we did all the paperwork and money transactions. He explained everything to us and was knowledgeable and is excellent at his job. Overall, my experience with Lianne and John was five star!!!!! More
