This is the fourth Toyota that both my wife and I have purchased over the last three years. Frank Wilson was excellent, as was Tafawa. Both gentlemen made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the car, my purchase experience, and the whole process. They made sure that i didn't leave without being 100% satified and happy with the car. Stephen (finance Manager) was also excellent. He took his time and explained everything to me and made sure that i understood what we went over. I love my new Camry thank you all very much More

The worst car dealer i've ever been to TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The cars here are over priced, the salesmen were incompetent and some of them unprofessional. They tried to low ball my trade in TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The cars here are over priced, the salesmen were incompetent and some of them unprofessional. They tried to low ball my trade in and high ball the value of the car I wanted. It took them over 4 hours to start the process of putting our papers through after I literally had to argue with the guy to buy the lower priced car I said I wanted all along. He insisted his higher priced car was a good price, when it was 3-4 thousand above what other dealers were selling similar cars for. Once we bought the one we wanted, they pretty much ignored us for another 1-2 hours while the guys who do paper work played around in the back room. Even the cashier took almost 30 minutes to simply charge a credit card. This was the worst car experience i've ever had. I do not suggest you go there. More

She was so friendly and kind from the very start. I knew I wanted to lease the Rav 4 so she set up a test drive to make sure I was comfortable with the car. We went through all the details and I drove off that night with it (By the way, I usually am not so hasty with such an important decision but that's how easy and comfortable I felt with the process) . She listened to my concerns and past bad experience with a finance guy so she set me up with AZ. He was also very patient and kind, unlike my previous experience. And I'll also mention, the sales manager Abhi Malhotra was extremely patient and tried to explain everything thoroughly. Overall, everyone involved was committed to making me happy with the purchase.
