Quite possibly the worst service department ever. I brought my 2005 Prius in to have work done to resolve a flashing master warning light. Since they were unable to see the light flash themselves, th I brought my 2005 Prius in to have work done to resolve a flashing master warning light. Since they were unable to see the light flash themselves, this "service department" were completely baffled and did not do anything, claiming they could not recreate the problem, which leads me to believe they never tried, as they had my car for a whole weekend and couldn't see a problem, yet i was always able to see the light. Several times i was accused indirectly of lying about the problem. Thankfully I was able to diagnose and fix the problem myself, somehow they never decided to see if my oil level was a problem. I am still waiting for a call back from the customer relations manager. It was supposed to have happened days ago. More

Purchasing a New Toyota Avalon Limited 2014 I have purchased 16 Toyota's from this dealership for myself and my family. I have always been treated as a valued CUSTOMER and I am fortunate to have Mr. Handerhan for a few of my automobiles. He has helped to build them from the ground up and knows the car from bumper to bumper. Mr. Handerhan has a wonderful disposition, knows me very well, is the consummate professional, and gives me a tremendous amount of attention at the showroom. I like the Avalon because I am 6' 3" and I am extremely comfortable in the car with plenty of legroom. The Avalon has many new features including traffic updates in the GPS. The car was totally designed with the consumer in mind and they are easy to operate. It has two great safety features such as collision avoidance, roaming alert, and a large GPS screen that can be operated by voice control. The seating and dashboard leather is beautifully designed, and the radio has 11 speakers and an amazing sound. The Limited has excellent access to all the controls, and I am enjoying this automobile immensely. The car I wanted was brought in from Bay Shore and prepared to take home in less the 4 hours. Mr Handerhan is to be commended for supervising the preparation and delivery of the auto. He also took the time to show me all the controls, and set my cell phone for the Blu-Ray reception. The General Manager PETER was very cooperative ,extremely helpful, and went out of his way to make sure I was totally satisfied with my purchase. I will DEFINITELY buy my next automobile from Atlantic Toyota and send prospective buyers to their location in Amityville. More

How as my experience with Atlantic Toyota and their employee It was a pleasure to deal with Atlantic Toyota, I have brought my car in for service and they were quick and courtesy while waiting there I spoke to F It was a pleasure to deal with Atlantic Toyota, I have brought my car in for service and they were quick and courtesy while waiting there I spoke to Faward Hosman about a new car he was courteous and friendly and there was no pressure to do anything. As I was going to leave and told Faward and Tafawa that I could not make a decision at this time they did not harass me and said that I had to make a decision now. Faward called me a few days later and asked If I may any decision I told him no and he said that he would call me back in a few days and that is what he did with no pressure. I came up with some things that I wanted and he was able to accommodate me with no problem.. When I finally made the decision and came in he did remember me and we sat down and talked.
