I've brought my car her for service about 20 times, because it's very conveniently located. I will never bring it there again. About 1 in every 4 visits there's a major problem. The service always takes longer than promised, sometimes days longer; twice they've "forgotten" that my car was there. The last time - which will truly be the last time - they broke a critical part in the car, and yet reinstalled the broken part, knowing full well that this would lead to my car breaking down on the road shortly after. It did, and I called them on it, and they still haven't called me back. Worst customer service ever. More
