My appointment was for 8:00 AM, but I arrived at 7:30 AM and the service people took my car right away. I came in for an inspection renewal, and check the fluids, tires, etc. I did not have to wait long. and the service people took my car right away. I have been a Toyota owner for over 30 years and I intend to be one for many years to come. Sometimes the buying experience can be cumbersome at best. From the moment I walked in , although my guard was up at first, I was treated with great respect. I was not talked into a car I did not want. in fact I waited for the car with the options and color that I wanted, and my expectations were exceeded and I took delivery of the car much sooner that I thought. Lianne my sales was excellent and she kept in touch with me every week about my car. The pick up process was so smooth that I offered to take Lianne to Dairy Queen. I love my car and have gotten a lot of compliments on it especially the color, everyone likes. I like the fact that I have 30 days of free car washes at Copaigue car wash, too. Michelle is friendly, personable, and goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is satisfied. Overall, I can not say enough about my experience thus far at Atlantic Toyota. Their dedication to customer service does not go unnoticed. I met the Service Director, Steve on my last visit yesterday and he was a real guy.
