I bought my Toyota Camry XLE a couple of years ago from Atlantic Toyota a few years ago and I love it!! I brought my car in today to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. Wayne Weinstein noticed th Atlantic Toyota a few years ago and I love it!! I brought my car in today to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. Wayne Weinstein noticed that my inspection sticker was almost expired, thereby saving me another trip later in the month. As a nurse at Long Island Jewish Hospital, my shifts often fluctuate and Michelle was able to work around my schedule, in terms of date/time, providing me with a loaner, and updating me as to when my car will be ready for pick-up. Michelle is friendly, personable, and goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is satisfied. Overall, I can not say enough about my experience thus far at Atlantic Toyota. Their dedication to customer service does not go unnoticed. I met the Service Director, Steve on my last visit yesterday and he was a real guy. Frank Fardette is very outgoing, friendly, and upbeat when we met him. He was very helpful, he explained everything to us before we bought the car and gave us time to choose which was the right car for u when we met him. We didn't know which car we wanted or was best for us, and which car was in out budget range. Frank walked us through the whole sale, he was there for us the whole time we were there. We also got our car the same day, we weren't expecting to drive out in a new car the same day! He didn't make our visit to the dealer boring. We didn't expect to meet such a nice salesman, but we were lucky to find him! It was a great pleasure to have him as our salesman. We are now very happy with our car, and he is still there to help us with any problems with our car. We would recommend him to anyone. More

When it coms time to replace their cars, he is in the Showroom negotiating rock-bottom prices for them even before they know it. !!!! He is an incredible human being and I am so glad he is there for my parents when they need him. They have sent all their friends from Cedarhurst and Jericho to Atlantic Toyota to buy their new car their too!!!
