Fidel found me the car of my dreams that was not on the lot, yet. Was treated with dignity and respect (female buyer). Went to other dealerships within the same ownership and even though every other salesman was told that I was buying the car and husband was there just to make sure he can fit in and drive, I was ignored and all questions were directed to my husband. Fidel did NOT do this, he listened to me, understood what I wanted (even though I did not know what I exactly wanted) and went out of his way to go into the service department, pull a car off the lift that was just (literally just) turned in off lease and bring it over to show ME, not husband, ME. After that, all other personnel from management to finance was just as friendly and helpful. If anybody, especially females, are thinking about a Toyota, HIGHLY recommend this dealership and ask for Fidel!!!!!!!! More
As soon as we walked in we were welcomed and asked if we needed help. Moments after the page for a sales person Lianne Dunne came over and introduced herself and welcomed us. She asked what we were looking for then proceeded to show us the Rav4 and the Highlander (which is what we wanted to look at), Lianne was very knowledgeable on both vehicles. After making our decision on the Rav4, Lianne worked on getting us the price to what was with in our price range. With those choices made we then proceeded to the paper work and insurance which Lianne got started to help expedite thing because she knew that I needed to go to work and due to my time constraints didn't want to wast any time. We were then introduced to John Morgan, whom was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and he went over the remaining paper work explaining and answering any questions we had. While we were talking with John, Lianne was in constant contact with the service department making sure that our new car was being gassed up and prepared for us. All the while keeping in contact with us on the progress so I wouldn't be late for work. They were both very thoughtful and friendly and I would happily recommend them and Atlantic Toyota to family, friend and anyone I met. All in all it was a very pleasant experience we left with a brand new Rav4 and I was right on time for work :-) thanks to Lianne and John and the staff at Atlantic Toyota. More

Everything about this dealership was positive. From the email from Janelle to the visit at Amityville Toyota was absolutely favorable. I met with Liane Dunne who was outstanding in every way. She was extremely helpful even as far as helping me put on a license plate on my old car. I can tell she is a very hard worker and goes out of her way to give the absolute best experience. The purchase was smooth in every way. The final price was great and there was no going back and forth many times. Even my experience with Mr. Winkelman was great. I can't say enough about my experience. It was fast, excellent and easy. I was going back and forth to Toyota in Westbury but the manager gave me a bad taste. When I said how much I was willing to pay for a Rav 4, he said why don't you get a Kia? Can you imagine. He turned me so off. I searched the internet and Janelle called me in a very professional way. I was greeted by a friendly associate in the service dept who handed me off to Mr. Benny Mak m My experience started when I first entered there shop. I was greeted by a friendly associate in the service dept who handed me off to Mr. Benny Mak my service advisor. I explained my problem to him and he immediately expedited my repair. I had to leave my car for the day and he offered me a ride home and coffe and bagels to go. He called the first time to give me an update on the status of my car and then called again to tell me it was ready to go. Since the trouble with the car was the seat heaters and my car was only one month old there was no charge. I would like to thank atlantic toyota service department and Mr. Mak for a job well done.
