I came in to get my current Toyota Rav4 appraised and look at either leasing or purchasing a car. I was undecided on whether to lease, buy new or buy pre-owned. I was helped immediately by a new car sales associate. I found him to be extremely polite, helpful and knowledgable about the 4Runner. I had a particular look of a car that I wanted (only truck/jeep looking vehicles... no crossovers!) My only slight set-back was that the 2013 4Runner was not the price I wanted to spend. I absolutely LOVED the car, but wanted to see pre-owned vehicles as well. I was told that as a new car sales associate, the associate working with me could only show me the 2013. When we were undecided based on the price, a manager came over with several pricing options. However, I was never shown the pre-owned car selection. Of couse a new car would always be the ideal sale... but I was a little disappointed with how hard I was pushed to only buy the new car. I did in the end buy a new car, but have had several regretful moments knowing I was pushed into the decision. As I had been thinking about buying a new car for over a year now, I decided it was a good choice, but I always like to know that I was shown every choice and not just the choices that someone else wanted to sell. This is why I gave the customer service, price and overall satisfaction rating of just a 4 rather than a 5. Had I decided to buy a new car because the pre-owned were in no way as beautiful as my current 4Runner is, I would have given all 5 ratings without hesitation. More

I can't even begin to explain how many issues I have had with Atlantic Toyota! I purchased my car a few months ago. After a few weeks went past I decided to review my paperwork again. I realized that I had with Atlantic Toyota! I purchased my car a few months ago. After a few weeks went past I decided to review my paperwork again. I realized that I was over charged by THOUSANDS of dollars! Now this 2 months after the fact so at this time there isn't much that I can do, I signed the paperwork. They had told me that I had a little less then 5 year loan when it was actually 6 years, so I didn't calculate the additional year when figuring the numbers out while I was there. They will try to confuse you so they can overcharge you. However, there was multiple issues with my certified used Scion. After bringing it to the attention of Mike Miller (who I purchased the car from) he had me walking around the parking lot with him looking to rip pieces off of other cars hoping that it would fit mine. Now if that's not high class service then I don't know what is. That man is an absolute joke. He was unprofessional and made VERY inappropriate comments. He tries to intimidate you into buying a car (which worked in my case). Be very weary of Jason in finance. He knows just how to make you feel comfortable enough to take advantage of you. He offered us the "Free Toyota Care" which is pretty much $500 for 7 oil changes and added on "free" tire insurance.. free meaning an extra few hundred dollars. They also PHOTOSHOPPED our paperwork after we asked they nicely not too. We are still considering suing over that. I look back and wished I would have just got up and walked out like I wanted too. I felt so uncomfortable and pressured which is why I got scammed on my car. The service there is terrible and their used cars are not even certified. I've had my car 4 months and I just had to replace my breaks AND my battery. Also my sun visor was broken when I bought the car which gets in my way when I drive and I had a dent on the front fender which I didn't notice until I saw it the next day. I'm already looking into trading my car in at a different reputable Toyota dealership. Don't waste your time, go right to Sunrise Toyota in Oakdale. I've been getting my car maintenance there and they have been more then helpful. Stay FAR away from any Atlantic dealership! I regret buying my car from them every time I get into it. More
My wife and I went to Atlantic Toyota yesterday just to look at the new Camry. To be honest, I really wasnt sure I wanted a Toyota. I have always owned Nissans. We met Lianne Dunne and from the beginning w look at the new Camry. To be honest, I really wasnt sure I wanted a Toyota. I have always owned Nissans. We met Lianne Dunne and from the beginning we knew we were going to like her. She's bubbly, honest and vbery easy to deal with. She showed the Camry and gave us a test drive. We learned more about the Camry in the first twenty minutes of meeting her than we ever learned about the last three Nissans I bought together. We worked out a deal that we felt confortable with and we took the car home hours later. From the getgo, we knew we wanted to do business with her and with Atlantic Toyota. I would highly reccomend Lianne and Atlantic to anyone who wants to get treated professionally and with high regard. Thank you Lianne for a great experience. (oh yeah....thanks for the coffee too!!) After having my tire replaced "under warranty", thought still having to pay $90 for the replacement, I found that the tire pressure sensor was on. I checked the pressure in the replaced tire and f thought still having to pay $90 for the replacement, I found that the tire pressure sensor was on. I checked the pressure in the replaced tire and found that the tire was low in pressure. Then after filling the sensor still came on. This I found out was the the sensor was malfunctioning. Now the service dept wants to charge me $300 for a new sensor. Obviously they broke the sensor when replacing the tire and now want to charge me to fix their mistake. I've done research and found that when an inexperiences technician changes tires they are very likely to break the sensor. Horrible service! Goodyear would have just sold me a replacement tire and installed for $125 and probably not have broken the sensor. More

Tashawn and the Sales Crew at Atlantic Toyota were excellent partners to work with in the purchase of my 2013 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4X4 Access Cab, color White. This particular truck was not easy to find, but because of the hard work of Tashawn and Atlantic Toyota they came through with flying colors delivering exactly what I wanted. Needless to say, I am very satisfied with the service and look forward to working with this Dealership in the future! More

My 2008 Matrix has been serviced at Atlantic since I purchased it (at another Toyota dealership) in Fall 2007. Their service was recommended to me by a neighbor, and overall, Atlantic service has maint purchased it (at another Toyota dealership) in Fall 2007. I have used Michelle as a Service Advisor on 3 visits so far and she has been most helpful during the service experience - pleasant, professional, and honest in her assessment of the work my car has needed. Service is fast, with short wait time. All the people are friendly. Waiting area is comfortable. Competitive prices on services performed, they also accept all competitor coupons.
