I service my 2011 Camry on a Friday, very friendly, knowledgeable when explaining the service and fast. My wife was driving in snow/ice in her 2010 Highlander she experience brake noise when braking, I knowledgeable when explaining the service and fast. This dealership is the WORST place to buy a car. They hire inexperienced people to sell their cars. They promised me a vehicle and then sold it on me because they couldn’t wait a week for me to come and hire inexperienced people to sell their cars. After they sold the vehicle I was supposed to receive, they then lied and told me that the prep guy backed up into a pole with it. I then asked to see the damaged vehicle and they said it was already picked up and sent out to go to an auction. This all happened within 2 hours on a Saturday morning. Yeah, OK. I also traded a vehicle in and they gave me a price and then when I got there, they gave me a price that was less than they originally told me. This dealership will RIP YOU OFF! Stay Away! I have always purchased my cars from Atlantic dealerships and NEVER had this kind of treatment. I will Never buy from them again. Shop around, you can do better. More

I had a horrible experience at the dealer in reference to the difference that was on my agreement to what we had spoke about. To me this dealer was the best my family and I have purchased all our cars from h the difference that was on my agreement to what we had spoke about. I understand you need to make a sale but in the end you'll loose more than you could imagine because you lost a customer that could of kept giving good references but instead I end up getting messed up. The manager from Preowned Mr.Mitchell Hershman made me feel like a 5yr old getting yelled out with out even hearing what was done to me. I hope this issue gets resolved I just want to give in my car, since there was so many cross communication and misunderstanding. More
