i had a great experience at the dealership. After my wonderful experience with Lianne I was then brought to Finance with Christian Roule and i felt very at ease. even though Christian has the hardest job in finding the right finance company that will give me the right price within my bugdet.He was able to assist me and put all fears that i had at bay. I drove home with my brand new 2012 toyota corolla and i was happy that i had a great exeperience at atlantic toyota. My wife and I were interested in buying a used car and we talked with one of the sales rep and made an appoi Worst customer service experience, ever. My wife and I were interested in buying a used car and we talked with one of the sales rep and made an appointment to come visit. First of all, on the day of the appointment, when we went there early morning, the sales rep was not there for the appointment. Then when we went to discuss the details with another man (sales manager, I think),even after we agreed to trade in our car and tried to settle for a convenient price, the sales rep got angry and yelled at my wife and I, in front of everyone, telling us to "get out, never come back and don't even bother calling". This was a really embarrassment, especially for my wife. I am extremely disgusted at the lack of proper courtesy and horrible customer service at this place. Even if you don't agree on a price deal, that is no way to talk to a customer. Extremely disappointing. More

Go somewhere else! We brought our 2004 Toyota Tacoma in Go somewhere else! We brought our 2004 Toyota Tacoma in for a frame recall. We were told that either they would replace the frame or coat it. Withi Go somewhere else! We brought our 2004 Toyota Tacoma in for a frame recall. We were told that either they would replace the frame or coat it. Within 24 hours our truck was done. We waited till 48 hours to pick up and when the truck was brought out the "coating" was rubbed all over the side of the drivers door. When we looked under the truck the "coating" was gacked on even under the engine and was terribly wet. We said that we wanted the truck cleaned and would wait for the application to dry. The following morning, Debbie Jakup called and said to return the loaner car and pick up our truck. When we arrived it was not cleaned- the "coating" was still all over the side door and it was still wet. Ms. Jakup said they will not clean it and will not wait for the application to dry. She also told us to remove the vehicle or it will be towed. She identified herself as the manager but had no identification or business card. It was difficult to find who was in charge and they could care less about workmanship or customer service! Ms Jakup acted unprofessional, rude and unpolite to say it nicely. Don't go to this dealorship for service unless you want your vehicle ruined! More
