I came in to lease a 2013 Rav4, Lianne answered all of my questions and did not pressure me at all. She was sweet and to the point. I am ecstatic with my new car, and she even called me to see how I'm doing and if I'm completely satisfied! I came to the dealership only to look. I walked around the showroom for a few minutes with my wife and two kids when I was approached by Frank Pugliese, one of the managers.
