What an amazing experience.. So Ben called me to trade in my Scion for a newer car. I had no idea what I wanted to get into, but I came in. I recently moved to the Bronx and I made the trip to West Islip anyway. Once I arrived, Ben greeted me at the front desk rather quickly and we began the process of putting me in a new car. Like I said, I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, but Ben was extremely patient and allowed me to experience each car at my own pace — all while explaining safety features and the pros and cons of each vehicle. After some time (I’m so indecisive), I settled on a RAV4. Ben was patient, funny, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. He definitely made such a long day tolerable and smooth. I will absolutely be coming back to Ben when it is time to switch to a new car! More

I had the fortune to meet Jonathan Torres, a very straight foward young man . We sat and I explained to him about my previous experience , he listened patiently and took me seriously. Jonathan introduced me to his supervisor Carlos to see what he could do for me with this new lease, they both sat and we talked in length , what struck me differently this time around was that they made me comfortable ,they weren't pressuring me into anything, we sat and talked about families and kids and the values of such. I got to know them a little and visa versa. I ended up leasing my Toyota with Atlantic because of them , the fact that they took time to get to know me and help with my situation absolutely change my mind about Atlantic .
