Airbag recall I tried to get the Toyota dealership in Danvers to help me with the airbag recall on my Corolla, but after talking to them in early March and being to I tried to get the Toyota dealership in Danvers to help me with the airbag recall on my Corolla, but after talking to them in early March and being told they don’t have the parts, I called again in April, still no luck. I decided to call the Lynn dealership and they were happy to accommodate me. I dropped the car off the day before my appointment and got a call shortly after that the car was all set, they had been able to get it done early. I’ll definitely go there again, good customer service :) More

Bait and switched...i think I visited Atlantic Toyota recently to help my mother purchase a new vehicle. Amish Patel was the salesperson that assisted us. When we went in, our intentions were to purchase a corolla that we saw online, but we soon discovered that it did not meet one of our requirements. This was quite frustrating and then Amish had the nerve to bring a different corolla around for us to look at. Ive heard of bait and switches before so i was skeptical about taking a look at it. Not only was this other corolla in far better condition, Amish made sure that it met every one of our requirements, and price matched the first corolla that was in worse condition. I dont know much about bait and switches but i loved it. The sales managers and finance managers were just as great as great to work with. More
