There wasn't a lot of haggling back and forth. I called around to other dealerships and Atlantic gave me the BEST price. And his service was just so spot on. He delivered on all promises and far exceeded my customer service expectations. I had to wait for the exact car I wanted to be delivered - but Carlos kept me updated on the car's arrival date and made me feel so taken care of on the day I picked up the car. It was the easiest, most pleasant and seamless shopping experience ever. I will be sending all my friends to Carlos - and recommending him every chance I get! THANKS again Carlos! Bamboozled Back in November I brought my 2003 Toyota Echo in for and oil change and checked into some rattling noises... And left with a $2900 repair bill so naturally I went into panic mode. I went back to the dealership to explore leasing/financing options... keep in mind, it only had 70,000 miles on it but I decided that it was time for a new car. I had bought the first one from there and had pretty decent service over the years. I met with a salesman "Christopher" who went through the process with me..my main thing was that I wanted to trade with no money down (after all, that's what's been advertised for the past month and I probably could have privately sold it for waaaay more than they gave me for the trade in value oh and by the way I had Tier 1+ credit rating)..long story short, I had a car within 24 hours for a lease with no money down and a monthly payment I could live with....so what is the problem? It wasn't til now that I realized I got GOT!! ...The salesman made about $4000 off the deal and locked me into a monthly payment about $70 more a month than someone with my credit and trade in should have got.... and I would have never been the wiser if he hadn't went around bragging to his fellow colleagues about his bonus as a result of bamboozling me...... ok..ok... you got me this time Christopher....hope your bonus was worth it! But I will never buy a car there again...not from you or your other egotistical minions.... That's not how good customers should be treated...should have kept it to yourself... advice for others interested in purchasing...do some more research and look around! From the moment we entered the parking lot Jose Pierno was nice, easy going (no pressure), attentive to our needs and constraints and simply a pleasure to work with! He spent all the time necessary to answer our questions (mine are endless), be nice to Me and my wife, tell us all about the positives of the Venza and take us on a test drive that mimicked our use of the car. We chose Atlantic and the Venza because of the 'good feelings' we got from him and the way we were treated! He is a credit to the dealership organization and Toyota. In addition, Jack Sharkey was fabulous in taking care of our financing and telling us the benefit of GAP/Tire-Wheel and was the consummate professional and a very nice guy! It was like sitting down with friends to buy a car! Not the 'slick' experience of other dealers! On a scale of 1 - 10, our experience was an 11!!! Goes to show, the little guy can beat the big guy hands down with attention to detail and good people! More

Quite literally the WORST Dealership experience to date... I went online Saturday 11/23/2013 and found a car... Sent in the "instant Credit App", and was contacted by Freddy telling me WHAT my score w date... I went online Saturday 11/23/2013 and found a car... Sent in the "instant Credit App", and was contacted by Freddy telling me WHAT my score was and what he could easily qualify me for (0 Down, Interest in the 6's, 5 years, no higher than $480/month WORST Case) in the car that I wanted and I agreed to go in Sunday 11/24/2013... I went in and was met by Carlos in the parking lot before I had walked more than a few feet from my car... I asked about Freddy and what had transpired with Freddy on the phone the day prior. He told me that Freddy was in charge of online sales and that he would help me instead... He offered to go get the keys... 10 minutes later in 27 degrees and high winds, I was getting annoyed... Carlos comes out and says he's still looking for the keys... I asked if he checked with Freddy... no... 20 minutes on the lot now... 25... Carlos says he's going to get the keys and be right out... It's past the 30-minute mark, and I start to walk away. Carlos came up with the keys... After a decent ride where Carlos informs me that I have the car specs wrong... Uhhhh No... He insisted that the fording depth of this 2007 FJ-Cruiser 4X4 was ONLY 24"... Very wrong Carlos... But kudos to you for sticking with the ignorance... It just kept getting worse... I went in and sat with Carlos, and the finance picture just kept getting worse... No Money Down? Oh, no, you'd need AT LEAST a Third... Excise Tax, you should pay AT Least $1,000 up front... Get the car by yourself, Noooooo, you'd need a co-signer... Interest rate in the 6's, Noooo you should be in the 12's... BS after BS after BS after BS... Call Freddy over to dispel some stuff... Finally Carlos reluctantly agrees to run the paperwork... Go have a seat in the lounge... 20 minutes later, it's 5PM, and suddenly they won't have any answer until Monday... Riiiight. It's Monday today, and I just got off the phone with them and they won't even GIVE me any numbers until they have the wife down to co-sign... Nothing but wheel spinning... TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!! More

Javier seemed to know absolutely nothing about the Prius, much less the Prius C. When asked the difference between the "One" and "Two", he said there wasn't one. Took our sale to Ira Toyota of Danvers, and was offered a bottle of water when I walked in. Salesman there said Atlantic has "a reputation". Long story short, I wouldn't touch Atlantic Toyota with a ten foot pole. Take your money anywhere else. More
