Quite literally the WORST Dealership experience to date... I went online Saturday 11/23/2013 and found a car... Sent in the "instant Credit App", and was contacted by Freddy telling me WHAT my score w date... I went online Saturday 11/23/2013 and found a car... Sent in the "instant Credit App", and was contacted by Freddy telling me WHAT my score was and what he could easily qualify me for (0 Down, Interest in the 6's, 5 years, no higher than $480/month WORST Case) in the car that I wanted and I agreed to go in Sunday 11/24/2013... I went in and was met by Carlos in the parking lot before I had walked more than a few feet from my car... I asked about Freddy and what had transpired with Freddy on the phone the day prior. He told me that Freddy was in charge of online sales and that he would help me instead... He offered to go get the keys... 10 minutes later in 27 degrees and high winds, I was getting annoyed... Carlos comes out and says he's still looking for the keys... I asked if he checked with Freddy... no... 20 minutes on the lot now... 25... Carlos says he's going to get the keys and be right out... It's past the 30-minute mark, and I start to walk away. Carlos came up with the keys... After a decent ride where Carlos informs me that I have the car specs wrong... Uhhhh No... He insisted that the fording depth of this 2007 FJ-Cruiser 4X4 was ONLY 24"... Very wrong Carlos... But kudos to you for sticking with the ignorance... It just kept getting worse... I went in and sat with Carlos, and the finance picture just kept getting worse... No Money Down? Oh, no, you'd need AT LEAST a Third... Excise Tax, you should pay AT Least $1,000 up front... Get the car by yourself, Noooooo, you'd need a co-signer... Interest rate in the 6's, Noooo you should be in the 12's... BS after BS after BS after BS... Call Freddy over to dispel some stuff... Finally Carlos reluctantly agrees to run the paperwork... Go have a seat in the lounge... 20 minutes later, it's 5PM, and suddenly they won't have any answer until Monday... Riiiight. It's Monday today, and I just got off the phone with them and they won't even GIVE me any numbers until they have the wife down to co-sign... Nothing but wheel spinning... TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!! More

Javier seemed to know absolutely nothing about the Prius, much less the Prius C. When asked the difference between the "One" and "Two", he said there wasn't one. Took our sale to Ira Toyota of Danvers, and was offered a bottle of water when I walked in. Salesman there said Atlantic has "a reputation". Long story short, I wouldn't touch Atlantic Toyota with a ten foot pole. Take your money anywhere else. More

I recently bought the new car for my daughter there. We have seen TV special for Corolla lease, and went to Atlantic where we met Zeke Knezevic, one of their top sales people. This was my 3rd happy experience with leasing a new car from Atlantic Toyota. I appreciated the open discussion I was able to have with Shane in evaluating my needs and options. He was very personable and considerate and made sure I felt comfortable in making my decision. Shane, Sreng and the service department made extra efforts for me to be able to pick up my car at the very end of the day as the service department quickly completed my inspection past their regular hours. I highly recommend this dealership. My service appointments always go smoothly as they review my needs and let me know what I should be aware of. The staff in all areas are always considerate and professional. More

I went there recently, after visiting couple of other dealerships, to take a look at a new Camry. In the parking lot my husband and I ran into this young guy with the tools in his hands who welcomed us, dealerships, to take a look at a new Camry. In the parking lot my husband and I ran into this young guy with the tools in his hands who welcomed us, and asked us if we were looking for somebody. I told him we wanted to talk to a salesman about new Camry , and to get some brochures too. So we found out that this kid was Zeke, the salesman, and he was there to deliver a car to his customer on his day off. Since my husband had a surgery recently and was moving slow, and we were not buying that day I felt sorry for this kid and I said it's best if he get somebody else to take care of us, so he can go home. He said fine and he was gonna go get somebody else paged, but then he changed his mind and told us something like this: “Mam, let me tell you this: there is a difference between you just looking at a Camry, and me showing you that car!” At first this sounded little weird. My husband and I bought our first car 40 years ago, and we met all kind of shady sales people since than, and I thought this is just a new sales pitch they teach these kids now days. After over 2 hours Zeke spend with us over that Wednesday afternoon, this end up being the best car buying experience I ever had! Still we left that day without buying or even giving any idea to Zeke that we might come back. After talking to my husband later that night we decided to go in next day to pick up our new car. We showed up without calling in to surprise Zeke and he still managed to get us same day into our new Camry and take care of all logistics and paperwork. More

The whole transaction was seamless as Shane was diligent & professional and very personable.After this very positive experience I knew that Shane was the right person to assist me when the time came to return my car and lease my next car.This time there were a few more obstacles that I knew I was facing in being able to lease another car and Shane worked tirelessly in ensuring that I get the car I needed.He was sensitive to my situation and I appreciated the hard work and care he showed and the efficiency in which the leasing process was completed.
