I went there couple of weeks ago with my husband and we met Zeke, who was very patient with us. We didn't know what kind of car we can fit in our monthly budget, so Zeke presented us with few choices until met Zeke, who was very patient with us. Both him and Mike were very pleasant and understanding of our needs. When we picked up the car it was really clean, and we got the full tank of the gas on the house, too! This is my second car I bought off Amish at Atlantic Toyota. I can't imagine going to any other dealership. Amish has always been sincere and very knowledgeable. Aside from getting a good price, my main concern is getting a reliable car that is not going to come with a bag full of mechanical problems. I've yet to have any issues with my used Camry that I purchased almost two years ago. Unlike other dealerships I have been to, Atlantic has a non-intimidating environment which made my purchase decision a lot easier. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a new/used Toyota at Atlantic. More
I really liked that my sales person Amish Patel wasn't forceful on purchasing a car. He was knowledgeable and patient when I test drove used and new Toyota cars. I walked in just browsing for a car and a nice gentlemen came up to me immediately and helped me with everything. I didn't have to do anything but pick the car I wanted and sign the papers. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received at Atlantic over the past week. When my family arrived at the dealership on Sunday afternoon, Zeke came right out to see what we were looking for. He explained that the exact car I'd seen online was being detailed off-site, but since it was still available for purchase, would I like to test-drive the same car in a different color? He emphasized the safety aspects of the car, and when he was explaining the engine features and the tech specs, he didn't talk down to me simply because I'm a woman -- I've experienced this at other dealerships, and I was very impressed to be treated like a rational adult at Atlantic. The car was exactly what I wanted, and the internet special rate meant it was the right price, too. Zeke and the finance people worked to quickly certify the vehicle as a "Certified Pre-Owned Toyota" so I could qualify for a promotional interest rate that kept my projected monthly payment low. The service group installed a remote starter for me at a reasonable price, too. I picked up my car (in the exact color I originally wanted) last night, and it was impeccably clean both inside and out. Zeke sat with me for well over 30 minutes to explain all the car's features, and he even helped me return my rental vehicle that night. I drove off the lot with a full tank of gas, which is a small thing that goes a long way with me -- the last time I bought a car, the fuel gauge was on E before I even made it down the dealer's driveway. Both Zeke and Jack Sharkey, the Business Manager, were fantastic -- they were helpful without being pushy, and they were remarkably accommodating when I explained that I was waiting on a check from my insurance company to cover my down payment. I'd highly recommend Atlantic Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

He spent more than two hours test driving cars with me and answered all of my questions. He even stayed after his shift was over to help me decide on my new car! He's wonderful. He stayed with me through all the financial work as well to ensure that I received the best deal that I could have at the dealership. Zeke's service continued even after I received my car! He called to check and make sure I was happy. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Zeke and the finance manager, Mike at Atlantic Toyota. Shane listened to our needs and wants and then offered some suggestions based upon his experience. Two test drives and one visit later and we were signing papers. This was, as unusual as it sounds, a delightful experience. We have a strong sense that Shane's committment to service will not end after the sale. We will be loyal Atlantic Toyota customers going forward. More
