We recently bought an 08 sequoia from Atlantic with the help of Ron Alexander. Ron took us on a test drive and showed us all of the features the vehicle offered. The car I purchased was from the last year of the Solara convertibles (2008). As such, there were few new ones available. I shopped several dealers in the greater Boston area and only one, Atlantic Toyota convertibles (2008). As such, there were few new ones available. I shopped several dealers in the greater Boston area and only one, Atlantic Toyota, was interested in searching the entire New England area to find one I might be interested in. My sales person, Shane London Dennis was most helpful throughout. In fact, all those who took part in the search and final sale were terrific. But it was Shane who went on a round trip of nearly four hundred miles to get the car, bring it in on a weekend, get it ready for delivery, and handle transfer of a trade-in. Big Kudos to Shane. It took me a whole year to finally decide to buy my Toyota Tundra and Shane Denis was with me all the way throughout that process and allowed me all the time I needed to make that decision. In the end, Shane Denis got me the best possible deal on that Truck. He did his best to accomodate our wants and needs while doing his job to make the sale. We will continue to recommend and do business with Atlantic Toyota for both routine service and purchases. We have also sent many friends and relatives to Atlantic. We hope to do business with Shane in the future. Overall our routine service has been handled efficiently and in a friendly and comfortable manner and we have built a trust with the service department at Atlantic. Bonnie has become a familiar face to us and we enjoy our occasional Saturday visits for oil changes and routine maintenance. We wish there was a way to control the prices but understand it is part of the cost of doing business. More
