VERY DISAPPOINTED! ! Not in the quality of the service done but the timeframe in which it took. I scheduled my appointed for 9:45 am and dropped vehicle off a few minute ! I scheduled my appointed for 9:45 am and dropped vehicle off a few minutes before, was going to wait to service to be done, but was able to get a ride home. I asked before leaving how long will it take (inspection & oil change) was told a couple hours so I could tell my ride when I'd need a ride back. I left and after a few hours I never got a call so I responded to the text to get update on the service there was no response. I then called, and was told it wasn't ready and they would call me. At around 3:30 pm? or so I called and they were just finishing it up?, then the paperwork had to be done. I called back and around 4:15 cause I still didn't get a call and was told they are finishing up paperwork and I could come now to pickup my truck. I just want to know why if I made an appointment for 9:45 am for a routine inspection and oil change why did it take approximately 7 hours???? I could've brought to my local station and had been done within the hour, but I thought staying with the dealership was the right thing to do. Next time I will probably take my business elsewhere, I don't think I'll be coming to you for my general routine service. My experience was not accommodating at all. More
