Fantastic Salespeople I went to Auction Direct this weekend just to get a quote for my current car and possibly look at a trade-in. I was very early in the process and wasn I went to Auction Direct this weekend just to get a quote for my current car and possibly look at a trade-in. I was very early in the process and wasn't planning to make a final decision that day - just wanted to browse their selection. However, I ended up finding a 2017 Ford Escape that was in excellent condition for a very reasonable price. I went ahead and took it for a test drive, and I loved it even more. My saleswoman, Kim, was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. Definitely the best car salesperson I've ever dealt with. Her associate, Victor, was also extremely friendly and helpful in dealing with laying out the financing options. Overall, everyone I met on their team was great to work with.
