When we arrived and started walking the lot we were approached by Jason Czudak within a matter of minutes, introducing himself and letting us know how things worked. We came back two days in a row and he was extremely helpful. Jason was available for any and all questions and concerns and it never felt pressured. We were pleasantly surprised at auction direct in victor NY. Our sales person Jason Czudak was very personable and went out of his way to accommodate us. HE insured that our gas tank lid worked properly and that antenna was replaced along with providing touch up paint. He made himself available to us when my son wanted to view the car we picked out. When we came to pick up car, he provided new floor mats since our we're missing. Matt Witt the finance manager was also courteous and responded quickly to my concerns. They both were very helpful.
