Instead I decided to try again the next day, and had the privilege of working with Tyler Pettinger, who immediately sat down with me to listen to what I wanted and needed. He helped me narrow down my choices that i found on the website, by actually hearing me and understanding my desires in a vehicle. Tyler was able to keep me within my budget, as well as get me into the vehicle that has put a smile on my face ever since. They even stayed late, on a holiday, to make my dream come true. Jason Czudak and Matt Witt were excellent. I gave it 3 stars because the employers aren't allowed to give you any kind of break, when you put down a large cash deposit. I just think the people we deal with should be able to do more than say they can't because it is the policy there. This is the third time I have dealt with a dealer and it is the first time they couldn't do anything because of the policy. More

We had our two children under 5 in tow and he was great with them and very patient! Since Auction Direct is a discount dealership there isn't much wiggle room for price negotiation. With that said, we still got a great deal on a low mileage, 2 year old vehicle with a lot of options and extended warranty. Do your due diligence and you can find a great deal too!
