Good Morning, Before I respond to your complaint publicly in a manner you may not like I thought I would reach out and let you know why i never called you back more then once I was in the HOSPITAL. I bent over backwards when i spoke with your husband to set you up with Rob make sure the Van was perfect and even discounted the van as an apology and this is the thanks i get??? Love to discuss with you further before this goes public

Good Morning, I’m not sure who I’m responding to as the message is not signed. I understand Matt was in hospital but was never handed over to Rob until making another waisted trip out and finding out the van was not even on the property? My thought was a professional way to handle this would of been a phone call or email explaining Matt has an emergency and who our new contact would be going forward. The only step in the right direction was Rob offering to bring the van to our home when it was respectfully cleaned. I’m confused where the discount came in when we paid the full advertised price? And purchased a very expensive extended warranty what was additional revenue for Dealership. Lastly I find your message slightly rude and will make note of it. I also look forward to talking further as this goes public.

Good Morning Alan, This is Mr. Sovereign. So I am of the understanding that Matt and yourself were Both in the Hospital during the transaction? Matt did text my wife only hours before her appointment saying he was in the hospital. I did follow up the voicemails left with an email for you to contact me at your earliest convenience. No out of the office message or contact back what so ever. can’t say I have ever seen a message written to a customer in CAPS? This could be easily taken that you we’re raising your voice and very angry? The sad part was I was calling to let you know what a wonderful job Robb did taking over the deal. My only input was my wife was not given a chance to go over the controls on delivery resulting in her driving the van home in 4 gear as the transmission has 2 modes. Lastly very little fuel knowing we are many miles away and she didn’t know how to open the fuel door. As far as the discount you may have us confused with another deal? Thank you for your response. Miles.

I had my knee replaced 3 years ago and it broke and I had it replaced again it happened very quickly so I do apologize again for that. I literally started back part time to work this week. I also apologize for the lack of gas and will send you a Visa Gift Card for gas that should not have happened. As far as capital letters I am not seeing where I used caps on my responses. I was singled out with a 1 Star review that is the only reason I responded. Matt had an emergency health issue as well which for privacy reasons I cannot go into We do appreciate your business and again I apologize if the experience was not 100% pleasant. Take care Alan

Hi Alan, Thank you for the explanation of your absence. I hope you are recovering and feeling well. As we may have gotten off on the wrong foot at the start. I have learned that communication is very important. Miss understanding causes frustration with both parties. You can see how I would rate your performance not knowing what was going on. We got the feeling that our concerns were going unheard and we were not worth a call back from leadership. I plan on adjusting you’re star rating and hope we can work together in the future.
