The only reason we purchased from this dealer. He was detailed and very knowledgeable. Controls were not gone over during delivery but I do not think this was Robbs fault. This seems like a training or leadership issue. The van had just enough fuel in it to make it home. This surprises me after spending almost 18 thousand dollars total.
