Amazing experience I came to auction direct after shopping for a car at 4 other dealerships. I drove from Syracuse to visit the dealership with a lot of apprehension due I came to auction direct after shopping for a car at 4 other dealerships. I drove from Syracuse to visit the dealership with a lot of apprehension due to negative experiences before working with Todd. I dropped the ball a couple times in making the drive because I didn’t want to waste my time. Todd continued to keep in contact (but not in a pushy way) with me and my father and I finally drove out. Two weeks after initial contact with Todd. I had such a great experience from start to finish working with him. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and didn’t push me in any way. I got a great interest rate (almost 10% less than other dealerships) and really felt like he cared. I was able to text him and get almost immediate responses. I would recommend Todd to anyone looking for a car. As well as auction direct. I am very grateful and when I need my next car I will start with the best. Todd & the rest of the auction direct team.
