What I got instead was the most pleasant, laid back car-buying experience of my life. Our salesperson, Abbas Moosavi was extraordinary. He was courteous, professional and relaxed. Abbass was fully engaged in the process, but tremendously sensitive to our needs and objectives. There was no pressure at any point in the process. There was no difficult negotiation; no nonsense at all. My feedback was heard, received and acted on quickly and simply. There were absolutely no surprises (except that my actual monthly payment was less than what we had agreed upon). He even called us on our way to the dealership to make sure we did not get lost. The 2012 Audi we ended up purchasing was as described. There was very little back and forth on the price negotiating, it was a breeze. We drove back 2 days later to pick the car up, after it had been further detailed and paperwork was finalized. Upon returning the car was in show room condition waiting to be driven home. Abbas Moosavi was a fantastic representative of the dealership. That was one of the primary reasons I bought another A4 from Langan Audi East. This is my third A4 actually. As you can probably tell, I really like A4s. This one is the best too with options like the sport and technology packages as well as the B&O sound system. Its the best sound I have heard in a car. And I'm still able to get a manual! The staff at Langan were great too. I already know how good Patrick Lynch and the rest of the Service Department is from my previous A4s. But my sales representative, Abbas Moosavi, was a pleasure to work with. There was never any pressure, He was very knowledgable about the car and especially the telematics, which were new to me. He took his time and carefully explained how to use each feature. I would have no problem recommending Langan Audi East and especially Abbas Moosavi to anyone interested in purchasing an Audi. He was courteous, interested and interesting and has a good sense of humor.......knows his Audi's without being over anxious about selling, he let us know all the pertinent points and was able to answer our questions or find the answer quickly. I had done my research......and Abbas really helped me make the final decision. So far, less than a thousand miles into it, I really love my new to me, used Audi Allroad. Really. More
