I was looking for a particular set of options on a new lease and Audi Allentown had that exact car en route from the port. I also had a lease return from another dealer with some equity in it. Good not great. Ended up with a slight ding in my door, but a ding no less. I would not expect this coming from an Audi Service provider. Also, the detailing guy, the so called expert wasn’t much of an expert after all. Didn’t appreciate his attitude as well as some of the others standing around doing nothing. Oh, and the guy standing outside the service department smoking a butt when I pulled up was the same guy standing outside having a butt an hour and a half later when I left. Not impressed but ok. The girl(name?) and Tyler were great. More
